Experience

Emma joined MDG in 2001 as Office Manager and Assistant to John Davison and has progressed as a Paraplanner through to her current role of Operations Director/Compliance Officer.

Responsibilites

Emma is responsible for creating new and monitoring existing systems and processes to make sure everyone works to the same standard and within the same framework. Emma believes that systems and processes should not only enhance working practices and evidence the delivery of our service proposition but also enable our advisers to engage with clients to provide a financial planning service tailored for our clients.

Emma also manages the administration team within Myers Davison Ginger and is also responsible for the training and competence within the company.
