Melissa joined MDG as the New Business Administrator in 2011 and progressed through to the role of Office Manager before going on Maternity Leave in March 2015.
Melissa returned from Maternity Leave to start a new part-time role of Projects Assistant in 2016, assisting the Management Team with ongoing projects, producing ad-hoc reports to assist IFAs, as well as being responsible for IT and intranet audits, maintaining the accuracy of client information and assisting the Management Team on daily tasks when required.
Melissa moved onto a supportive role within John & Nicci’s advice team in December 2019, shortly after returning from Maternity Leave for a second time. Her day-to-day duties consist of interacting with clients, liaising with our business partners and preparing the requisite documentation; both pre and post client meetings.
