Nicci began her career in financial services in 2008 and joined MDG in 2010, bringing with her a keen interest in helping people make sense of their financial futures.

Starting as a New Business Administrator, Nicci quickly demonstrated her aptitude for detail-oriented work and client care. It wasn’t long before her passion for engaging directly with clients and solving complex financial challenges led her to transition into a technical role as John Davison’s Paraplanner.

In this capacity, Nicci became a valuable resource for both colleagues and clients. She provides support in tackling intricate financial planning scenarios and is often the first point of contact for clients seeking guidance. Her ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and approachable manner have helped her forge lasting relationships, earning the trust of those she works with.

Driven by a strong commitment to professional development, Nicci achieved her Diploma in Financial Planning in 2018 and achieved Chartered Financial Planner status in 2024, one of the highest distinctions in the financial planning profession.

Now working as an adviser alongside John, Nicci is deeply dedicated to helping her clients navigate the complexities of financial planning with confidence. She takes a collaborative and personalised approach, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and empowered to make decisions that align with their goals and values.
