Nicci Salewski
Nicci has been working with John and the team at MDG since 2010. She started her career at Lloyds Banking Group, before moving to MDG as the New Business Administrator.
Nicci enjoyed working with clients and that took her in a different direction as John’s Paraplanner, assisting with technical queries and being the first port of call for clients. During this time, she studied for her Diploma in Financial Planning and qualified in 2018. She is however continuing with her studies and hopes to become a Chartered Financial Planner in the near future.
Nicci now advises alongside John and she is passionate about working closely with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.

Nicci has obtained the following industry qualifications:
Award in Financial Administration (CII)
Diploma in Financial Services (CII)
Nicci is currently studying towards achieving Chartered Financial Planner status
